RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Satisfaction is our top priority at Stretcheaz.com There are so many new things to think about and plan during this time in your life, so we want to make sure that returns are easy (and free) for our customers.

We will refund or replace any item within 30 days of purchase, or in the rare instance that your item was damaged in transit.  

STRETCHEAZ.COM WILL REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR ITEM HASSLE FREE, AT NO CHARGE, WITH NO SHIPPING EXPENSE, IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED.

Just follow these easy steps:

• Contact us by email, live chat, or phone, requesting your return within 30 days of purchase.
• A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
• Send your item back to us.

Once your item is received and inspected by our shipping department your credit card or account will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Please note that Stretcheaz.com can only provide pre-paid labels for orders shipping from an US address.

International customers that are wanting to return an item within 30 days of purchase should send a request for a return authorization via email or live chat on our website. Please be sure to include the reason for the return. We may ask for photos if the claim is due to damage. 

Once you receive your return authorization, you will need to send back the package with the authorization form to the following address:

Please include your order #, email address, and name.

We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your package.

Stretcheaz.com does not pay for international return postage. If your item is damaged, we stand behind our policy for 100% refund and return.
